The BS***5 is a LCD driver IC which is fabricated by low power CMOS technology. Basically this IC consists of *0 x 2 bit bi-directional shift register, *0 x 2 bit data latch and *0 x 2 bit driver. This IC can be used as common or segment driver. BS***5 is fully compatible with S6A***5 ( KS***5 ) FUNCTION - Dot matrix LCD driver with *0 channel output. - Selects function to use common/segment drivers simultaneously. - Input / Output signal - Output: *0 x 2 channel waveform for LCD driving - Input: Serial display data and control signal from the controller LSI.
